- Assume that the CEO believes that a project is well aligned with the organization's strategic goals but that this case hasn’t been made clear to the board. The project involves a complete renovation of the hospital's emergency and surgical departments. How might the CEO build this case? Who should lead that effort? What work needs to be done that has not occurred yet?
- Are the board’s concerns about medical staff commitment relevant in this case? Why or why not?
