Use the 5K Runners Data Links to an external site. for this problem. (Copy and save the Google Sheet.)

Use the LINEST Function to find the slope, intercept, and R-square for the data. The y variable (aka dependent variable) is Time in Minutes and the x variable (independent variable) is Age.

In Google Sheets, LINEST(known_data_y, [known_data_x], [calculate_b], [verbose])
