This course offers the serious sports management student an overview of the Standard / Uniform Player Contract used by the National Basketball Association (NBA), National Football League (NFL), National Hockey League (NHL) and Major League Baseball (MLB). After examining these contracts and the collective bargaining agreement sections regulating them, the student will be required to have meaningful interaction with a certified player agent or team executive from the NBA, NFL, NHL or MLB.
