Points
1. Overall: Is the writing grammatically correct and free of spelling mistakes? Are sentences easy to parse, or are they overly complex and/or run-ons?
2. Abstract and Introduction: Do you get a feel for what the project is about and why it is interesting.
3. Related work: Does the section make clear connections to related work and how it compares to the proposed project?
4. Project details: Are requirements and the logical components described without referencing specific technologies or design decisions? When discussion design decisions in is it clear what decisions needed to be made, what the choices were, and why the author chose a specific one?
5. Implementation: Does the author describe their implementations in sufficient detail that you could replicate their work? Is it free of jargon that would be confusing to a reader outside of computer science? Is there sufficient evidence that the implementation was actually carried out (through screenshots, consistent descriptions, etc.)?
6. Testing: Does the author sufficiently describe how they are ensuring their project works as expected?
7. Conclusions: Do the conclusions summarize the major points of the project and indicate future directions?
