ART106-03-SP21 DRAWING AND COMPOSITION II
Welcome to Drawing and Composition II. This class will reinforce and further the topics studied in Drawing and Composition I, with an addition of color and mixed media, exploration of papers and other surfaces, and experimentation with mark-making within the frames of a contemporary drawing discourse. Students will work with a variety of subject matter, such as still life, figure, portraiture, landscape, interior, and variations on these topics, where students will have a chance to discover their personal artistic voice through further experimentation. Reading, writing, critiques and enriching dialog with fellow students will support the learning and creative process.
