Read all of the following:

• skim these Waterfall documents from a 2015 class project that simulated a company developing software for a client; concentrate on getting a feel for the level of detail each contains

  • Software Requirements Specification (SRS) Links to an external site.
  • Software Design Document (SDD) Links to an external site.
  • Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP) Links to an external site.
  • Software Testing Plan (STP) Links to an external site.
• Kanban Links to an external site.(Atlassian; read all the sections: Overview, Boards, WIP limits, Kanban vs Scrum, Kanplan, and Cards)

Write a few paragraphs reflecting on the following questions:

• How would we tackle development of the OCG software if we followed Scrum instead of Waterfall?
• How would a Kanban approach be different from Scrum for OCG development?
• Which of these three do you think you'd prefer and why?
