Week 2; Sales of Goods

The Boston Corporation, incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, reached an agreement for the sales of goods with a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. Both corporations signed an agreement for the sales of goods. Instead of using an attorney expert in international commerce both companies used a contract template available for free in Google. Unfortunately, people in the United Kingdom just voted YES for the BREXIT. President Obama is not happy about it and stated that the US would do business with Germany instead. There was a breach of contract of the British Virgin Islands company. According to class discussion; what law will apply to solve this controversy and why?
