PA 28.2: Pick any previous PA

Pick any previous PA that you and your partner haven't already received credit for (this can be one from any of the class activities from the first part of the semester). Put the code in a folder pa28.2 in your Git repository, and note the original PA number in your README.md. Aside from those two things, follow the instructions from the PA description. Submit a link to your pa28.2 folder on GitHub.
