Expanded ideas + PoC plans for two ideas

Choose two project ideas (either your favorites from last week or new ones). Create a post that addresses the following for each of those ideas.

Expanded summary. Update your project idea so that it includes:

• a description of your project and motivation (what problem it solves or why is it interesting)
• a description of three related works and how your project is different (these can be software, research, algorithms, companies, etc.)
• a list of five requirements (from the perspective of any stakeholder)—these are actions a successful final product must support

PoC plans. Pick two aspects of the project that you're not sure you'll be able to make work, and without them, your project idea will not become a reality by the end of next semester. Once you've identified these two aspects, describe a PoC you can build to test their feasibility. Your PoC plan should make clear what is being tested and how you will determine if it was successful. See PoCs, Prototypes, and MVPs for more info on PoCs. You will not be completing your PoCs for this assignment, just planning them out. You should have a total of four PoC plans (two PoCs for each of two projects).
